Reggie and Sam let their dreams run wild after finding out their favorite hiphop artist will be in town. The nine and ten -year-old must figure out how to get in the concert. Despite a dangerous helicopter ride and one struggle after the other, the pair realizes their biggest challenge is convincing security to admit them into the 18 and over party.
